This is the first collagen powder that has impacted both the growth and strength of my nails as much as my own homemade bone broth. I have tried several different brands over the years with no noticeable effect. So glad I finally found one that truly works that I can count on as an alternative to my own bone broth which can be time consuming to continuously make.

I have tried other clean brands of collagen protein, but did not get such results. I have so much new hair growth and hair I believe that my hair is also healthier. I work out 5 day a week I go pretty heavy so my joints where always pretty sore. Since I've gotten the collagen it has worked wonders soreness is completely gone absolutely love it. Will be get more for sure.

It has an interesting smell and taste but I found that putting it in my morning coffee is the best way. So far I love what it’s done for me! It’s done a lot for my hair, skin, and nails in a short period of time. Its also helped my joints significantly, I feel great. I highly recommend for anyone who is interested in investing in themselves!
