We want you to be happy. If, for any reason, we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us, and we will be glad to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.

It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the delivery date. For example, if your delivery is due on Tuesday, you must cancel no later than Thursday at 6 pm prior to your delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

If we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions/strikes, vehicle breakdown, and traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for inspecting your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

We strongly recommend that you seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. ReviveMD may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program.
