Frequently asked questions
We test every product from the raw ingredients to the final bottled product. Testing is completed by third party labs for every product batch.
All of our products are vegan besides Collagen & Omega.
Our products are non-GMO.
Our products are gluten free.
All Revive products should be stored in a room temperature, dry environment. They must be kept between 60° - 78° Fahrenheit.
Account support
Click the account icon in the top right corner. On the account page, click the button below the email and password input that says "Forgot your password?". From there, fill out the information and a reset password link will be sent to your email.
To see your subscriptions, visit your account page by clicking on the account icon in the top right corner of the page. Once you log in, click the button that says "Manage Subscriptions" to view and modify your subscriptions.
Subscriptions
No, discount codes will not be applied to subscription or membership orders. Subscriptions already offer the best price!
To cancel your subscription, visit your account page and click the button that says "Manage Subscriptions". You will then be able to manage your subscriptions.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide! Get Revive anywhere in the world.
We offer 15 day, no questions asked returns for sealed products only.
There may be import fees depending on your country. Import fees are not included in the shipping price.
You can start a return by sending a return requests email to contact@revivesups.com with your order number included. Items must be sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
