REVIVE MD x DR. ADEEL KHAN - THE LONGEVITY COLLECTION

Your cells age before you do

A physician-designed protocol targeting the three biological systems that drive aging at the cellular level. The products. One system. Every dose backed by published research.

Three products. One complete system.

Each product was designed to address a different node of cellular aging. They are independently effective. Together, they are comprehensive.

Mitochondrial Renewal Longevity Core

NAD+ RESTORATION Longevity Restore

Produce. Preserve. Activate.

Longevity Restore

Most NAD+ supplements stop at production. RESTORE addresses the full NAD+ lifecycle: producing it (NMN), preserving it from CD38-driven destruction (Apigenin), activating the repair pathways it fuels (Pterostilbene/SIRT1), protecting methylation (TMG), clearing senescent cells (Quercetin), inducing autophagy (Spermidine) and defending high-demand tissues (Ergothioneine).

  • Supports clearer thinking
  • Supports healthy metabolism
  • Helps stabilize mood and energy
  • Promotes cellular resilience
  • Helps maintain focus
  • Promotes cellular repair
  • Supports how you feel daily

Performance & Muscle Creatine HMB

Build. Load. Protect.

Creatine HMB

Cellular longevity without physical performance is incomplete. Creatine HMB addresses the third dimension: muscle. Clinical-dose creatine monohydrate for power and lean mass. Clinical-dose HMB to reduce muscle protein breakdown. GAA for dual-pathway creatine loading that standard creatine cannot match. The most studied performance stack in sports nutrition, engineered into one formula.

  • Supports strength and power
  • Helps faster recovery
  • Promotes better performance
  • Helps reduce muscle breakdown
  • Helps preserve muscle mass
  • Helps maintain lean muscle
  • Supports muscle responsiveness

How they work together

Each product targets a different node of cellular aging. They do not overlap. They compound. Here is how a complete daily protocol looks.

MORNING

Longevity Restore

Take alongside Core. Supports NAD+ production, sirtuin activation, and cellular cleanup processes.*

MORNING

Creatine HMB

Mix with water or juice. Supports muscle performance, creatine loading, and muscle integrity during training.

Dr. Adeel Khan
"The research on mitochondrial aging is no longer speculative. The question is no longer whether these mechanisms matter. It's whether the products on the market are actually addressing them at meaningful doses."

Why a physician was involved

Longevity supplements are everywhere. Clinically honest ones are not. Most products are built backwards, starting with a marketing angle, working backwards to an ingredient list, and stopping short of the doses that the actual research used.

This collection was different. Every formula began with the published science: what breaks down with age, by which mechanism, at what rate, and what the highest-quality evidence suggests about intervention. Then we asked: what is the minimum number of ingredients, at exactly the right doses, to address all of it?

3 products

Each one designed to address a different layer of cellular aging. Together, they cover the full picture: from the power plants inside your cells, to the fuel that runs them, to the machinery that keeps your muscles performing at any age.

Aging does not start with how you look.

It starts inside your mitochondria. In the coenzymes that run your DNA repair systems. In the muscle fibers that begin to lose their ability to rebuild. By the time you notice surface changes, these processes have been underway for years. The window to intervene is earlier than most people think.

Mitochondrial quality control starts to slow. NAD+ levels begin their decades-long decline. Muscle protein synthesis becomes less efficient. Most people feel nothing yet.

The silent decline begins

Recovery takes longer. Energy is less reliable. CoQ10 production drops measurably. Damaged mitochondria accumulate faster than they are cleaned. The compounding begins.

Energy becomes visible

NAD+ is now roughly half of youthful levels. Senescent cells accumulate. Muscle mass decline (sarcopenia) accelerates without active intervention.

Cellular infrastructure strains

Every system that relied on healthy mitochondria, adequate NAD+, and functional muscle begins to show the cumulative cost. The upstream interventions matter most.

Downstream effects compound

What you need to know

Do I need to take all three products together?
No — each product works independently. Longevity Core addresses mitochondrial renewal and NAD+ protection. Longevity Restore supports NAD+ production and sirtuin activation. Creatine HMB targets muscle performance and recovery. You can start with one and add others over time. That said, the protocol was designed as a system. The products do not overlap, and together they address the full picture of cellular aging more completely than any one product alone.
When will I notice something?
Most people notice changes in energy and recovery within 2–4 weeks. Sleep quality improvements are often reported early, typically within the first two weeks. The deeper cellular work — mitochondrial renewal, NAD+ restoration, muscle preservation — operates over a longer timeline. The research behind these ingredients was conducted over 60–90 day periods. Think of the first month as the foundation, not the finish line.
Why do these doses matter - can't I buy a cheaper version with less?
Yes, you can. And most products on the market do exactly that. The problem is that the published research used specific doses — and those are the doses we formulated around. A product with 50mg of NMN instead of 300mg is not a less expensive version of the same thing. It is a different product that borrows the name of an ingredient without delivering the intervention the studies actually tested. Underdosing is how the supplement industry keeps costs down while maintaining the appearance of science.
Can I take these with my existing supplements?
In most cases, yes. These products were designed to work as a standalone protocol, but they do not contain ingredients that commonly conflict with standard supplements. If you are taking medications or have a specific health condition, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list with your physician before starting. The formulas are free of proprietary blends, so you can see exactly what you are taking and at what dose.
Is this only for older people?
No. Mitochondrial decline begins in your 30s, and NAD+ levels start dropping before most people notice any symptoms. The research suggests that intervening earlier — before the cumulative effects become visible — is more effective than trying to reverse damage after it has compounded. If you are 35 and performing at a high level, this protocol supports the systems that keep you performing. If you are 55 and noticing the effects of time, it addresses the upstream causes.
