Longevity Core
Cellular renewal

Fuel the brain. Build muscle. Higher absorption rate than regular creatine.
Week 1: One scoop a day. You won't feel much yet, and that's normal. Levels build quietly from day one.
Week 4: The muscle milestone. Four weeks is where the research showed the clearest gap over regular creatine.†
Week 8: The brain milestone. The brain study ran eight weeks, with levels up to 19.1% higher.†
Week 12: The habit. A full training block done. Keep going, and judge it on how you feel and perform.
These six ingredients are not parallel. Each one supports another.
• Creatine + GAA load through separate transporters, achieving deeper tissue saturation than creatine alone.
• Creatine + HMB cover both sides of muscle protein balance. Creatine supports building. HMB supports protection.
• GAA + Betaine close a metabolic loop. GAA needs methyl groups to convert to creatine. Betaine supplies them.
• Creatine + Betaine + Taurine provide three osmolytes for cellular hydration, particularly under training stress.
5 g daily for 28 days saturates phosphocreatine without a loading phase. Loading is optional.
Yes. Daily consistent use is what saturates the system. Timing relative to training is secondary.
Creatine monohydrate has been shown safe at 5 g/day for up to 5 years in published research. HMB has been studied at 3 g/day in long-term trials. GAA at 2 g/day was assessed in 6-month post-marketing surveillance with no safety signals when paired with methyl donors. This formula provides those methyl donors via betaine.

Clinically studied doses designed to work together - not five ingredients competing for attention.

The most studied performance ingredient in sports nutrition history. The 5g dose is what the ISSN position stand recommends and what virtually every positive trial uses
Who It Is For:

Beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate. A leucine metabolite that supports the structural integrity of muscle cell membranes.

The dual-pathway loader. Uses GAT2 instead of the saturated creatine transporter.

An osmolyte that supports cellular hydration and a methyl donor that supports the conversion of GAA to creatine.

A conditionally essential amino acid that supports intracellular hydration and antioxidant defense.

Creatine beyond muscle
Creatine Does More Than Power Muscle.
Creatine helps recycle the cellular energy your brain relies on.
The brain tightly regulates how much creatine crosses the blood–brain barrier.
GAA uses another transport pathway, then converts into creatine inside the brain.

Why GAA matters

You added creatine. Your strength climbed. You put on lean mass. Then progress flattened, not because the dose dropped, but because the cellular machinery handling creatine has a ceiling.
Creatine enters muscle through a single transporter called CRT. After weeks of consistent supplementation, that transporter downregulates. More creatine in the gut does not mean more creatine in the muscle. The bottleneck is upstream of dose.
Until that bottleneck is bypassed, additional grams of monohydrate produce diminishing returns.
Guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) is the natural precursor to creatine. Your body uses GAA, methylates it in the liver, and produces creatine.
The relevant detail for supplementation is that GAA does not use CRT. It enters muscle cells through a separate transporter called GAT2, gets converted to creatine inside the cell, and adds to the pool from the inside.
The published evidence is direct. Ostojic et al. (Nutrition, 2018) ran a head-to-head crossover trial in healthy men. Four weeks of GAA + creatine increased muscle creatine 16.9 percent. Four weeks of equimolar creatine alone increased it 2.0 percent. The same study showed greater bench press performance and less weight gain in the GAA group.
GAA is the ingredient that separates Creatine HMB from every standard creatine product on the market.
Proof in practice

Since taking SLEEP, I’ve felt more rested upon wake up and it has definitely improved my day.

Since taking SLEEP, I’ve felt more rested upon wake up and it has definitely improved my day.

This changed my anxiety during trials. I felt calm, which is unusual.

I’m 57 and workout 6 days a week. A week into the organ support, I felt better.

Quality supplements are important; I see why they are highly reviewed.

Great products and quality

Still getting use to it. So far so good!

Would love to order more supplements with the same discount I had buy one get one

Amazing product! Doesn’t taste like fish snd they do the trick! Thank you ReviveMD

FAQ

The other ingredients change what the creatine does. GAA bypasses the transporter ceiling that limits standard creatine alone. HMB supports existing muscle. Betaine and taurine support cellular hydration. The combination is engineered, not stacked.
