  • In another bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until they’re nice and frothy. Stir in the milk and melted coconut oil.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and beat for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the surface.
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 55–60 minutes. When you poke it with a fork or toothpick, it should come out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
